Number Three Noodles

This is a linguine sized flat noodle that is normally used for soups. The flat surface of our Number Three noodle is smooth so that it can be easily slurped without splattering soup all over one's face. Egg and dairy-free, our Number Three noodle holds up through repeated boiling. Try our Number Three with your favorite broth, vegetables and meats, or stir-fry for an excellent Lo Mein.
Number Four Noodles

This is Our Unique Number Four general purpose noodle. It is excellent for Lo Mein and stir-fry, and can even be served as spaghetti. Made of our own secret blend of flours, our Number Four is a standard sized dry noodle, yet it has the great taste and chewy texture that one normally associates with handmade fresh noodles. Cook them to your desired texture, or feel free to experiment. Unlike other brands, our Number Four noodles can stand up to the demands of even the most imaginative chef.
Number Five Noodles (Steamed Cantonese Noodles)

This is the Chow Mein that is found in many Cantonese style restaurants. Leave the frozen bag in the refrigerator overnight before cooking. The defrosted noodle can then be stir fried directly from the bag. Add your favorite topping and serve. The complementary textures of gravies and noodle are delectable. For a crunchier noodle, prepare them the Cantonese way -- "yellow both sides" -- pan fry both bottom and top in a wok.
